She hasn't always been the model mother.
But despite her failings, it's clear Teen Mom Amber Portwood is devoted to her daughter.
The 20-year-old has unveiled a new tattoo in tribute to Leah - a lifesize face wrapped around her waist.

Tribute: Teen Mom's Amber Portwod showed her dedication to daughter Leah with a tattoo of her face on her torso

Spot the difference: The real Leah looks nothing like her mother's tattoo
Sadly the tattoo, embellished with flowers and leaves, looks nothing like the youngster.
And with Leah just two years old, it seems likely she will soon change beyond recognition.
But as a sign of how much she loves her first child, it's clear Amber hopes the gesture will not go unnoticed.

Reunited: Amber plays with her daughter outside her new home during a visit last week
Amber is currently hoping to regain custody of the youngster, whose father is her ex-boyfriend Gary Shirley.
Leah was made a ward of the state during an emergency child placement hearing last month.
As a ward of the state, Leah's guardianship will be decided by a judge who appoints a government agency to oversee the child’s affairs.

On show: Amber, along with new boyfriend Clint Yunker, decorated her house with Christmas lights as a cameraman from MTV's Teen Mom filmed
Since the formerly engaged couple's relationship broke down the toddler has been living with her father and will continue to stay with him, although she also visits her mother.
The ruling came soon after Amber was charged with domestic violence for repeatedly punching and kicking Shirley, her former fiance, on an episode of the MTV reality show.
If she is found guilty of the domestic violence charges, Amber faces up to three years in jail and fines of up to $10,000.
